If ad still do not show up and is happening frequently, the email account may have been restricted or blocked altogether by Craigslist. You will need to get a new free email address from msn; google; yahoo; etc. and register it with CL.
Using 5-15 unique Headings for an ad decrease the chances of your ads not being published on Craigslist.

Will all my ads appear on CL?
The percentage of ads that are published on Craigslist relies heavily on the content of the ad not limited to the Heading(s) and Description. Creating headings that are relevant to the category the ad will be placed under is very important to assuring your ads get published. Try to avoid repeating the same keywords in your headings. Craigslist will deem the ad similar and block/limit the number of ads that are publish.
To get more of your ads publish, submit as many ads as you are able to. The average percentage at which ads are published is 50%-100% depending on the creativity of the heading(s) of the ad. It is recommended you create at least 5-15 unique headings per ad to increase the chance of your ad getting publish.

Why can't I save my ads?
Please make sure you've created a Campaign ID for the ad, selected a category, entered a Heading and Description for the ad before attempting to save the ad. If the persist, please try restarting your computer or reinstalling Craigslister eAssistant.

Is there a way to see all the categories and cities where my ads were submitted?
Yes. Craigslister eAssistant keeps a record for each time an ad was submitted to Craigslist logging the location, category, date/time the ad was submitted to Craigslist viewable via the Ad Stat window.

Can I add image to my ad?
Yes. If you wish to use an image in your ad, the image must reside on a remote server that can be reference to display the image in the ad once it is on Craigslist. To add a reference to the image in your ad, simply click on the "Insert Image" button found on the HTML Editor toolbar and enter the url to the image.
If you do not have a server that can host the image for you to reference, then your next option is: if the Ad Type for the ad is Community, For Sale/Wanted, Housing or Personal/Romance you are able to select an image from your computer to upload to Craigslist by clicking on the button "select" next to the label "Ad Category:" and then clicking on the "View Options" button on the Ad Categories screen that will show up to select the image from your local computer.

Am I able to add a link to an external site in my ad?
Yes. If you wish to include a link to an external site in your ad, you may easily click on the "Insert Link" button found on the HTML Editor toolbar to insert the external link to the desired site.
You can also provide links to external sites to be use as one-way link to the sites.

Should I use my company or personal email domain to register with CL?
We recommend not using any company or personal email domains to register with Craigslist since Craigslist is able to block an entire domain in the event it deems too many ads are being posted with the domain. We recommend using free email services such as msn.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. due to the fact Craigslist will never block these domains due to their huge user base.

Craigslister eAssistant states my ad posted successfully, but I do not see my ad on Craigslist?
The submission summary simply state whether an ad was successfully submitted to Craigslist and is queued for inclusion. After 30 minutes of submiting an ad, Craigslister eAssistant will check Craigslist and report whether the ad was successfully published on Craigslist or not. You may also manually check the status of your ads on Craigslist with the onboard "Ad Post Verification" tool.

Why don't you offer phone support?
We first don't have the staff to dedicate to providing phone support. Secondly, its more time consuming due to the fact phone support average around 10-15 minutes per call oppose to writing a 1-3 minute email.
